The core components of expander are made of excellent materials, the front plate is made of 1.5MM thick A3 material, and the rear plate is made of 5MM thick A3 material. With sandblasting，zinc plated and heat treatment which make sure the stability of structure and its corrosion-resistance. Laser printing is easy to identify parameters for users.
SDS joint for power transmission, made of 40Cr material, two pits and two grooves, suitable for main electrical tools. The joint rod diameter is 9.9MM, and after black finishing， a dense oxide film is formed, which make sure anti-rust and wear resistance, ensuring stable power transmission under high torque conditions.
The roller is also made of 40Cr material. After polishing, the friction during hole expanding can be reduced, ensuring processing accuracy; the pins have a heat treatment of 45HRC hardness, and the surface after polishing is smooth. With a brass washer, it effectively buffers the pressure between parts, and achieves a better working experience.
