The cooperation journey kicked off in early March, when the Hexon Tools sales team warmly received representatives from HT Instruments at the Cologne Hardware Fair (EISENWARENMESSE), Germany. During the on-site meeting, the Spanish buyer showed strong interest in our comprehensive range of professional electrical hand tools, including crimping plier set, multi pliers and electrician scissors.
Subsequent to the exhibition, both sides maintained consistent, detailed communication for months. Our team provided quotations, professional technical parameter explanations and arranged sample delivery for all discussed items one after another. After rigorous product testing and evaluation, HT Instruments confirmed the first bulk order focused exclusively on our multi-functional electrician scissors in July.
This versatile electrician scissor has gained wide popularity among local Spanish electricians and maintenance technicians, thanks to its integrated all-in-one design. It seamlessly combines two core functions: cutting electrical wires & cables and crimping wire terminals, which perfectly matches daily on-site wiring and circuit maintenance demands.
During the trial use phase, the client put forward targeted optimization suggestions for the terminal crimping structure, hoping to upgrade the mechanism to achieve tighter, firmer crimping effects for more reliable wire connection. Fully valuing customer practical feedback and committed to adapting products to European market application habits, our R&D and mold teams quickly adjusted and revised the product mould strictly in accordance with HT Instruments’ requirements to perfect the crimping performance.
The successful order delivery and customized product optimization fully demonstrate Hexon Tools’ flexible ODM customization capability, strict quality control system and customer-centric service philosophy. Moving forward, Hexon Tools will continue to deepen collaboration with HT Instruments, gradually expanding the supply of crimping tools, multi-pliers and other VDE-certified insulated tools to assist our Spanish partner in expanding market share throughout Spain and the broader Iberian Peninsula.
