Application of modular plug crimping tool
This cirmping tool can be used for crimping 8P terminals, stripping flat wires, pulling round twisted pairs, and cutting wires.
Operation method of spring structure crimping tool
1.Strip the skin at both ends of the network by about 2cm.
2.Sort the circular network according to t568 standard.
3.Keep the exposed network cable 1cm and cut it flush.
4.Insert the network cable into the modular plug to the bottom, and pay attention to the overpressure point of the rubber.
5.Place it on the corresponding crimping position and crimp it in place according to the handle. Crimping operation is completed.
