Application of needle files:
File or trim the surface, holes and grooves of metal workpieces. Needle files can be used for thread trimming or deburring.
Precaution when using needle files set:
1. It is not allowed to use a new file to cut hard metal;
2. It is not allowed to file the quenched material;
3. Forgings and castings with hard skin or sand must be ground off with a grinder before being filed with a half sharp file;
4. Use one side of the new file first, and then use the other side after the surface is blunt,
5. When filing, always use a wire brush to remove the chips on the file teeth,
6. Files shall not be overlapped or stacked with other tools;
7. The file should not be used too fast, otherwise it is easy to wear out too early,
8. The file shall not be stained with water, oil or other dirt;
9. Fine file is not allowed to file soft metal
10. Use needle files with less force to avoid breaking.
