Application
PVC pipe cutter can be used to cut PVC, PPV water pipes, aluminum-plastic pipes, gas pipes, electrical equipment pipes and other PVC, PPR plastic pipes.
Operation Instruction/Operation Method
1. Select a pipe cutter suitable for the pipe size, and the pipe outer diameter shall not exceed the cutting range of the corresponding cutter.
2. Mark the length to be cut before cutting
3. Then put the tube into the PVC pipie cutter edge .
4. Hold the pipe with one hand and press the cutter handle with the other hand to use the lever principle to cut thepipe by extrusion until the cutting is completed.
5. After cutting, the incision shall be clean and free of obvious burr.
Precautions
1. Select a pipe cutter of appropriate specification according to the pipe diameter to be cut, so as to avoid that the small distance between the blade and the roller is smaller than the small pipe size of the cutter of this specification.
2. Check whether all parts of the pipe cutter are in good condition.
3. Do not use excessive force to feed each time. During initial cutting, the feed amount can be slightly larger in order to cut a deeper groove.
4. When in use, a small amount of lubricating oil can be added to the moving parts of the pipe cutter and the surface of the cut pipe to reduce friction.
