Aluminum allpyed plastic pipe cutter is a tool used to cut plastic pipe made of PVC, PPR, PU, PE, PP and other materials. It is generally composed of blade, handle, spring, buckle and so on.
Operation method of alumium alloyed die casting PVC plastic pipe cutter:
1. First of all, the aluminum alloyed die casting pvc pipe cutter of the right size should be selected according to the pipe size, and the outer diameter of the pipe should not exceed the cutting range of the corresponding pipe cutter.
2. When cutting, mark the length to be cut first, then put the pipe into the pipe cutter holder, mark and align with the blade.
3. Place the PVC pipe at the corresponding position on the cutting edge. Hold the pipe with one hand and press the cutter handle with the lever principle to squeeze the pipe until the cutting is complete.
4. After the final cutting, check whether the incision of the pipe is clean and whether there are obvious burrs.
Precautions for the use of PVC plastic pipe cutter:
