Application of PVC plastic pipe cutter:
This pipe cutter is often used for cutting household industrial PVC PPR pure plastic pipe.
Operation method of PVC plastic pipe cutter:
1. Keep the PVC pipe cutter in hand and adjust the handle with the other hand to make the opening suitable.
2. Insert the pipe, align the blade with the mark, and lightly make a circle.
3. Add lubricating oil to the surface of the cut pipe and the moving parts of the PVC pipe cutter.
4. When cutting, the pipe should be firmly clamped.
5. When the PVC plastic pipe cutter first cuts, the feed amount can be slightly larger, and gradually decreases each time in the future.
6. Each time the pipe cutting tool is inserted, the force should be even and not too strong, and the cutting tool should not be shaken left or right.
7. When the pipe fitting is about to be cut, use light force and hold it with one hand to slowly cut it off.
Precautions for the use of PVC plastic pipe cutter:
This pipe cutter can only cut pure plastic pipes. Do not use this[VC pipe cutter to cut pipes of the hard materials or any products containing metal materials. If you need to cut such products, please buy professional cutting tools.
Note: When cutting the hose and thin pipe of this type, it is recommended to reserve at least 40mm length on both sides to make the force points even so as to avoid inclined section or deformation of the pipe.
