Application
Grease guns are widely used in automobiles, agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, trucks and other general industrial fields.
Tips: simple troubleshooting method of manual grease gun
Cause: the grease gun operates normally and no grease is discharged from the oil outlet.
Cause: the butter barrel contains oil and air, forming an empty beating phenomenon, which makes the butter unable to be discharged.
Resolvent:
1. The automatic exhaust valve slightly loosens the gun head and gun for 1-2 turns.
2. Pull the pull rod to the bottom of the barrel and then push it back to the original text. Repeat for 2-3 times.
3. Try the grease gun several times until the grease is discharged normally by visual inspection.
4. Pin the gun head and barrel tightly.
5. Lock the elbow on the gun head and properly lock it with grease.
