Tips: inspection requirements for hexagonal wrench
1. The hexagonal wrench shall be free of rust, burrs, cracks and spots;
2. The wrench mouth shall be symmetrical and the laser lettering shall be clear;
3. The hardness of the hexagonal wrench shall meet the specified standard and the clamping position shall be accurate
4. The turbine of adjustable wrench shall operate flexibly and the pin shaft shall not be loose.
Surface treatment of Allen wrench:
1. Bright chrome: bright like a mirror;
2. Chrome: no luster;
3. Electrophoresis: black, bright, under the effect of external direct current, the charged particles will move directionally towards the cathode or anode under the dispersed medium force to promote the separation of substances;
4. Hexagonal wrench phosphating: black, but with dark luster, the substance is immersed in the phosphating solution and deposited on the toilet surface to form a layer of water-insoluble crystalline phosphorus, which is a process of hydrochloric acid conversion.
5. Grey nickel: it is a new surface treatment method with strong rust prevention ability and will increase the service life of the product.
