Application

The tube bender is one of the bending equipment and is a special tool for bending copper pipes. It is suitable for the use of aluminum-plastic pipes, copper pipes and other pipes, so that the pipes can be bent neatly, smoothly and quickly. Manual pipe bender is an indispensable tool widely used in various industries such as construction, auto parts, agriculture, air conditioning and power industry. It is suitable for copper pipes and aluminum pipes with different bending diameters.

Operation Instruction/Operation Method

Firstly, anneal the bending part of the copper pipe, insert the copper pipe into the groove between the roller and the guide wheel and fix the copper pipe with the fastening screw.

Then turn the movable lever clockwise, and the copper pipe is bent into the required shape in the guide groove of the roller and the guide wheel.

Replace the guide wheels with different radii to bend the pipes with different bending. However, the bending radius of the copper pipe should not be less than three times the diameter of the copper pipe, otherwise the inner cavity of the bending part of the copper pipe is liable to be deformed.

Precautions

The pipes of all materials will have a certain amount of rebound after the completion of the bending operation. The rebound amount of soft material pipes (such as copper pipes) is less than that of hard material pipes (such as stainless steel pipes). Therefore, according to experience, it is recommended to reserve a certain amount of pipeline rebound compensation during bending, usually about 1 ° ~ 3 °, depending on the pipeline material and hardness.
